An original 16th century farm house with a delightful, safe and enclosed garden at the front, with a chestnut tree giving shade for dining on hot days. La Ferme retains a typical French farm house character. The kitchen, bathrooms, roof spaces have been renovated adding comfort and space without spoiling its rustic French ambiance.

A cosy sitting room with lofty beamed ceiling, big open inglenook fire place and rustic clay tiled floor is partly open to the kitchen and dining area with French doors leading out on to the garden. On the same ground floor level is a utility room and wc, large double bedroom with a beautifully finished shower room. Steep steps lead to the first floor which has a twin, double and a single bedroom, a bathroom with wc and a separate wc with basin. The swimming pool (10m x 5m) has a terrace and a child safe fence surrounding it with an area of mown grass for games and a further acre of rough mown meadow. "Just packing to go home - we have had a wonderful holiday here at Guibert - the house is really pretty, the spot idyllic and we were lucky to have wonderful weather too!" (The Pearson Family).
