La Bergerie has now been converted to a large 2 storey high living room 6 x 9 metres, cool in the summer, with large fireplace with log burning stove keeping the whole room warm in the winter. A long refectory table, comfortable sofas and chairs comprise to form a spacious living area suitable for large parties of people and family alike.

The fitted kitchen at one end, with all the essential equipment, provides an open feeling and social area to the sitting room while preparing meals. Above the kitchen and shower room is a mezzanine with double bed, which is good when running at full capacity but not entirely private.

French doors from the living room and also one double bedroom open onto a private, sun trap terrace and grass garden facing south, well protected by the woods that edge them.

The swimming pool (8m x 4m) with roman steps at one end is surrounded by a child safe fence and terrace and is positioned to capture the sun until the latest possible time in the evening.

The bedroom wing has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom at one end and a further double and twin bedded room sharing a shower room.
