Booking F.A.Qs

• Rental charges include all bed linen and towels but guests are requested to bring their own swimming towels.
• Cots and Highchair are available on request at no extra charge.
• Rentals are from 4pm Saturday to 10am Saturday.
• Prices include gas, electricity and water but logs and heating for early/late season rentals will be charged at cost.
• Property to be left clean or prior arrangement made for cleaning at end of stay.
• Booking Deposit: 40% of rental.
• Balance of rental: Payable 6 weeks before departure.
• Damage Deposit: Payable with balance. €450 for single property; €900 for combined property. Returned within 2 weeks of end of holiday less any charges due.
